As a creative entrepreneur, I know first hand how lonely and challenging starting a business can be with minimal resources, guidance and community. I was desperate to connect with like-minded females, and discover time-saving productivity hacks, and mindset / routine tips of other successful business owners, so I created Boss Girls Society, focused on sharing proven tips, tools and templates to help you build, launch and scale your own empire, along with a free online community.

Isabella is a 26 year old student with a passion for fashion and travel, Isabella has amassed over 400K followers on social media. Her photos are a diary of her best outfits and of all the beautiful places she has visited over the years.

1. What inspired you to start your blog?

My best friend told me in 2011 that I should start a blog since I loved to take photos and style outfits.

2. Is blogging your full-time? What do you do outside of blogging?

I study law so that is my main occupation. blogging is just a fun hobby 🙂

3. What do you consider the most rewarding aspect of being a blogger?

Meeting so many cool people, traveling and being creative.

4. What do you consider the most challenging part of blogging?

For me it’s editing photos. I hate that.

5. Do you have a routine? What habits do you do daily that contribute to your success?

Law school is pretty hard in Croatia so I do not have any time to blog daily. Every two days, I write a new post and I have photos ready in stash for posting.

6. What are your goals for 2017?

Have fun, travel more and just try to keep on being interesting.

7. What overwhelms you the most with social media and how do you overcome it?

I just mind my own business. There are a lot of girls that I don’t consider to be a good rolemodel for young girls. But still somehow they are and they are leaving a bad influence on those kids. That is what I don’t like but is out of my powers to deal with.

8. What are some of your favorite productivity apps that you use?

I do not use many apps, I am kind of an old school, notebook and pen kind of girl.

9. What can we find in your travel bag? List your top 5 travel essentials.

My camera, my macbook, perfume, sunglasses and sneakers.

10. What has been your favorite place that you’ve visited?

So far, I can say the Maldives.

11. What is your dream vacation?

It was Maldives but I’ve been now, so I’ll say Cuba.

12. How do you make sure you get shots for your blog while traveling?

I am very organised so there is no way I am not going to get them. That reflects in a bad way for people traveling with me though haha.

13. Who takes the majority of your photos?

Everyday outfits are taken by my friend photographers. My boyfriend on our travels, or my mum or friend, depends who am I traveling with.

14. What has been your favorite brand or company to collaborate with thus far?

I have collaborated with Adidas for years. Here are some of my collaborations with them:

Adidas Denim

Addas ZX Originals

Adidas X Stella McCartney

I also went with MAC to Prague fashion week and Split store opening:

Ruffles & Sequins

Split with MAC
